filled the positions before they even got to your resumes. sometimes they are so bombarded with returns that they only accept like the first 10 or 15 and make their choice from those. the rest go unlooked at and unanswered. I have experienced that many many times. if you are not the very first, you get no response. or.... perhaps you just do not have the qualifications they are looking for... or you are in a state they do not hire from. there are many reasons.
