I did look it up online and it showed medical statements using both spellings which did not make sense to me, and I could not find it spelt either way pertaining to the biliary in my Stedman's book of Radiology Words. I used MT Stars as a last resort thinking someone on here would surely know from having come across it before, in all my 30 years of transcription I had not come across it. I wasn't trying to take away from anyone's valuable time and won't again.
