I was started on a new account, new specialty and was told it was full QC after we started the account, so the first few reports counted toward the weekly QC percentage.
We were told later they would get an exception so those reports would not be included in our weekly QC percentage.
So far, this hasn't happened and my pay is still at $.07. TSM hasn't responded regarding same so have no idea what's going on. She seems to be missing this week (but usually responds to things). Shrugs, typical, ambulatory is going away so not unexpected that things are chaotic and no one cares.
