You know how there are some really lousy dictators -- the ones that make you shake with fear when they pop up, or hang up the phone due to severe bathroom attack, the worst of the worst -- well with intelligent routing if you are in any way capable of doing those awful dictators they are earmarked for you. Picture all the hospitals you type for, then picture the worst of the worst, well some lucky MTs sit there their entire shift and that is all they type over and over and over again.
