Company ABC can pay 10 cpl for acute and 15 for path.
XYZ can pay 5 and 10.
LMN can pay 3 and 6.
You ought to know by now they will pay as low as they can get someone to accept. Look at N and M, with Amphion sucking up close to them and their stupid ripoff pay grids. Maybe a third of a cent a line difference, if any.
