Book is also my preference -- seasoned MT/OPs. For the less experienced MT regarding OPs, I would encourage using Google search .... sample transcribed operative report ENT or OB/GYN or hernia repair, etc. As well, via Google search ... list of operative instruments for ENT (any speciality).
