However, in this case of tax incentives, I think it might work differently for hospitals which operate as not-for-profit. I hope you realize that transcription and support staff salaries get passed along to patients in the form of higher bills. Do you perceive MTSOs reversing their practices and hiring domestic employees? Chances are wages won't go up because they would have to charge the clients more. One reason they outsourced in the first place was because transcription was too expensive, I don't know what would cause that to change.
