I see in another post IT resolved your issue short-term, but for future reference...Autocorrect/autotext is contained in a file in Word called normal.dot. You can import it from one Word version to the next. Lots of information online on how to do this. I have carried mine with me for years each time I changed computers. Hope this helps.
