For instance, there's a perfectly safe macro that creates a Word document containing your autocorrects, and also imports that document back to, let's say, another Word application on another computer. You just copy the document over onto the other computer and run the same macro on it.
If you need a formatted text file that contains two columns (abbrev-expansion) for each entry, either you or they would need to take steps to convert the Word document to a CSV type file. This could be done by importing it into Excel, for instance, and then exporting it in CSV format.
Meanwhile, the macro I mention is found at the link below. I've examined it and there's nothing to be concerned about. It's basically a template that when opened runs the macro associated with it.
