I found the below link in a search just now, so I haven't tried the tip yet, but I'm going to. I, too, use Word 2003, and never thought about backing up the autocorrect file - wow, what a dummy I have been! Going on 5 years now... yeah, I think it's looong past time to back mine up, too!
