Conference call - sooverit

Got fired on a conference call this morning. I've been waiting for a while. It was very clear this was their motive with MW going up in my state. I just recently trained on Fluency. On my first week out of training I used the abandon and break features a few times. This was their reasoning for final termination. Just out of curiousity, why do they have those if they are not to be used for jobs that you feel you are not qualified to complete with utmost efficacy?
