What do you think would happen if ALL of the MTs/HDSs/MLSs, whatever our abbreviation is today, and I mean ALL of us were to send an email to our managers or Noel even about EVERYTHING? The MTs who are happy, the MTs who are sad. Just emails about what NEEDS to change. What would happen if they were inundated with emails about everything we discuss/gripe/vent about here? Would they fire us all? That's laughable. Would they "trash" all the emails and roll their eyes? Probably. Would they respond with a blanket email saying "we understand that everyone is upset blah, blah, blah... and we are working to make changes, more blah, blah, blah? Maybe. What do you think the outcome and response would be?
