Docking MLS pay for having the misfortune of receiving a dictation from a known chronically careless physician does not work. Reporting the physician might. Please provide names or links to reporting agencies that may care. For example, there is a reporting process for nurses to use for impaired physicians. My company is failing miserably at protecting patients. It is now my turn to try. Thanks.
