when doing a search is to put the definition before the questionable word(s). For example, when you search 'obantic' by itself or 'obantic for opioid-induced constipation' you do not get good results. However, if you put the definition before the questionable word (opioid-induced constipation obantic) it immediately came up with Movantik as the first result. This is something I and probably others have discovered. Hope this is helpful :)
