I went through the same thing and decided, especially as an IC, it wasn't worth it. I just did my job and if I had a question, I would either try and figure out and if not, just QA the report or send an email and wait for the answer. If it was a nasty response, I would just pick out the answer and delete it. Like the other post said, they move on, so hang in there, do your job and just know, no matter where you work, there will always be something to deal with.
I did have a miserable supervisor at M*M as well and I finally quit though, but it was more than her that made me do it.
