Some MTs that "might be looking," have never done acute care and only clinic work or radiology. I hear a lot of b*tching and complaining about having to deal with ESLs. Both companies that I work for have a lot of ESLs. So... what might be ideal for one MT MIGHT not be ideal for another.

Because of a physical disability, I have a hard time being able to do VR work and especially keep up with some of the impossible demands, so I prefer companies that are ST only.

Again, what might be "ideal" for one person, may not be "ideal" for another person.
