From my experience, it seems that it does take a while until a new account trusts us with all their work and really cranks it up, so hopefully it will get better soon. I was just thinking since these facilities are part of a network we already have, that it would be more instantaneous. I have been keeping track of the number of MTs on our team on the left on the table reports, and it seems we only had a couple of people added to the team in the past month, and we actually have lost some since December so I don't think there was a huge change in numbers, although it sure feels like it.
