You don't need to blow a gasket, you obviously don't understand what the horse is saying. Monitoring can mean many different things.
I did not have Landesk on my MModal computer until just recently but have been with MModal for years. I was monitored incessantly just like everyone else with all their nitpicky parameters. They do not use LanDesk to get any statistics or determine if you are working or not, that is all done through Fluency.
I have a good friend who is actually a writer for LanDesk, we have discussed this.
Landesk monitors computer resources, not you personally. There is a difference.
