who have to follow strict best practices and strict client profiles, managers and QCs pretty much do whatever they want and there is no uniformity.
I was getting weekly/monthly audits. New QC person, I haven;t gotten any audits. Pretty much, just "feedback from client."
My 3 previous managers before, whom I had for years and years, we did not even have to use Best Practices. He did not care.....as long as the client was happy, which they were.
