Same here - me

Our hospital has had Epic for several years. First Editscript dwindled our staff by over half; now Dragon/Epic have dwindled us to less than 40. The reports in Epic are all chopped, short sentences, no capitalization, not even correct referring physicians, spelling, but hey, if my hospital is okay with that.......Pretty sad. We still have providers who refuse to use it so that is why we are still here. But honestly, I wonder how long before Nuance makes the hospital an offer they cannot refuse. We too will still need QA people, but they will no doubt lose their jobs along with us. It's all about the bottom line. How often does a doctor/facility get called into court for a lawsuit? I mean, honestly, I highly doubt punctuation is going to make or break a case. Just my 2 cents. It is so sad......
