There are different platforms with different pay rates, everyone has a different motivation level and it also depends on your account. Some accounts seem to be easier than others and then your pay should increase as you get familiar with your account.
I am not very motivated and skate by on the minimums but most weeks I earn between .09/.045 to .10/.05 per line. My hourly rate is not all that grand because I spend a lot of time elsewhere on the internet.
