I was there for nearly a year. I recall being required to "work" my 8 hours on Christmas day while there was no work available and I was not paid for my time. On the average, I earned less than $6/hour. It was mostly straight typing. VR was rare. There were many non-ESL who were horrible dictators, never improved. The CEO was a gentleman from India. I believe most of the admin/HR was based in India. QA wasn't as awful as Nuance, which I kept reminding myself just to make myself feel better about the job, but I finally gave up.
