I just got off of Performance Review (successfully raised my productivity), a good chunk of my dictators are mumbling tonight, and they gave me a new secondary account that is brand new to not only me but to Nuance (so no examples), and that account is behind so they want us each to do a little work on it. As a result my productivity that I worked so hard to improve is in the toilet tonight again! I told my TSM that i was afraid that was going to happen, but she said she didn't think it would affect my productivity (but it HAS). I think the handwriting may be on the wall for me. Just needed to vent. Thanks for listening.
