But please know that there is a very unfair "grid" in which they base there pay. They do pay on time, but they pay is NOT good. Compared to your job with Proscript as an IC it might be okay for you. No way of really knowing until you try, though. Most do not have good experiences at Nuance. You will NOT love it but it might be okay.
