Sneaky little bastards. I assume by keeping physical location in the US, MTSO can claim they are US based but can farm out work to their overseas slaves. So technically they are US-based businesses, which is also why I assume lots of healthcare providers don't realize records are dealt with across the oceans. Do I have this wrong?
