Maybe this is why we get conflicting reports from people. Ask what it's like to work for XYZ MTSO and one person says it's rotten while another says it's great.
Obviously, they can't both be right, and I suspect that the discrepancy is probably that people are working on different accounts - and not the MTSO per se.
Bottom line is that it's the ACCOUNT that ultimately determines what you make as far as many of the variables are concerned such as work availability, the account specifics, and even, in many cases, QA.
If we can't talk about specific accounts, MT Stars has no value to me.
