I feel stupid, but am I the only one who is feeling like it's easier to use the mouse than half of the keyboard shortcuts for Universal ESMT? Either the program just sits there when I hit the correct command, so I have to pick up the mouse and use it anyway, or else the keyboard command itself seems hard to remember or too similar to a command I do not want to use, so I type the wrong thing, or the command has awkward fingering and I have to look down, so then it takes me more time than the mouse would. ??
