I am pretty sure I am not the only one with a primary account, since everyone in my BOB has been assigned to certain accounts, always has been that way no matter which HDSM I have been under.
Since November, with the holidays, and now the first of the year NJA, I see all kinds of accounts.
Of course, now with intelligent routing, we have no groups within our BOB anymore, and have to rely on intelligent routing to send us the correct work. We will see how that goes......
