Long time MLS but pretty new to company. I'm seeing some things that are bothersome to me. The "coaches" don't respond. I get feedback that is incorrect and when I question it using account information as the reason, I hear nothing. Nobody seems very friendly. Also, the blanks. Difficult accounts and there is one person who dictates from a phone that turns into fuzz, and of course the blanks are counted against you even though you have reported the problem many times. Also, no matter how many dictator errors you catch or inconsistencies you find, miss a comma and it's off with your head!! Is it this way throughout all groups?
