And I work second shift, which isn't even my first choice. I don't like to make up time on my free weekends so I usually end up using some of my EA No Pay bank, which sucks. I don't think that should be taken out of our own bank, and I think we deserve to be paid when there is NJA. How is it our fault that there are no reports to do?
