I sympathize with you. they might be doing that, wanting you to quit but I know a company that won't open the work gate for me until after 6 p.m. and then I get to catch work if a patient comes to the Emergency Department. The hospital has about 50 doctors but I have to beg for work. Audio quality slows us down and it's almost impossible to make money. I'm sorry this is happening to you. Character of QA people and/or some owners will keep that gate closed most of the time and open it to themselves when the flood of work comes in.
