Very nice interview, but - MT

I was quoted 3 cpl for 1st/2nd, 3.5 cpl for 3rd shift. There was a production bonus, but that didn't occur until the total lines were more than I ever expected to accomplish, so I didn't really pay much attention to that; can't remember exactly what it was. I did accept the job. There was a slow start. I had one-on-one training for 3 half-days with a very nice trainer. They have their own book of style, very thick. I set a schedule, but found little/no work during my schedule which included weekends. QA was very nit-picky. I was expected to work/check for work often when there was no work available. During my final 8-hour Saturday shift, I produced enough to earn less than $10. When I wanted to change my schedule, well, they weren't nice anymore. I quit immediately, as I had another job that DID have work during those hours that I was scheduled with LDMTS. I was never paid for the work I had completed during my 60 hours/3 weeks that I worked for them. They do have in their contract that if you quit without 2 weeks notice you owe them $200. Your experience could be very different. My advice is that you set a schedule that will not hurt you in any way if there is no work during that schedule.
