Maybe put something in writing about the benefits of having a live transcriptionist versus someone who's not there to double check and question when the doctors dictate the wrong medicines, wrong doses, etc., stuff that the VR does not pick up. I've had a few doctors who were forced to go over to Dragon and absolutely hated it. They convinced their administrators to start using live transcriptionists again.
