at least one other Favorite MT gets the best hours and best work although I work the holidays and weekends and etc. I get a bit tired of it but have no idea how to deal with this. You cant really manipulate this system because you get what comes up and it is always almost out of work so you cant assign this way. Gets very tiresome and I know I should quit but I do like the hospital with what little work I do get. There is no dealing with them about it because this is what they do. Again this is a tiny little MTSO of five or so.
