Jay has come up through the trenches with us and knows what we are going through. I remember Jay as a frequent poster on the now defunct MT Desk forums where I used to post as pattyB. Other frequent posters, among many others, were Nee, Julie, and George; and the latter 2 owned their own small services along with Jay at that time. He's the real deal. I'm semi-retired now and would work for Jay's company in a minute, despite the lower pay which has become standard; but I believe that those of us who stick with this business will flourish if more smaller companies are run like the company Jay works for.
