Moral of the story - So true

You hit the nail right on the head. Put up or get out, no two ways about it. If you work at McDonald's or Walmart or any type of retail/fast food job, you get paid for that job and nothing more. You put up with it or you move on to a better job.

This used to be a viable decent paying, rewarding job, but no more and it isn't going to change. In fact, it is going out the door faster than we know. Talk to anyone, especially a doctor and they will tell you exactly how they handle their dictation. They may not like it, but no more sitting in the doctor's lounges in hospitals, dictating on a phone for them and they don't want to that. They are the computer generation and can just point and click or use voice. Doctors don't care about patient care, they want the money as well, so it is never going to change. Like so many things from the "good ole days" are long gone, and we all have to live with that. When did anyone think at a loaf of bread could be almost $5????
