I found out that Nuance was charging the hospital double what they paid me for reports. Offering me $1.10/report and billing the hospital $2.20 for their services. Nuance then used their machinations to whittle down what they were paying me, all the while still charging the hospital the same! The end for me was when that started taking the 10%. I quit.
