13 business days, especially during the holidays, pushes it out further, and my attorney advised that if it is paid before it goes to court or even the DOL, they will toss it out. Since I do get paid, even though furious that's it's late, I decided to stick it out and see if gets better. Too many good years for me to think this is how will be now.
