I get paid 0.035 production and that includes some documents at 100% review and others that are fill-in-the-blanks or sent to us for questions. My previous job paid me hourly, but this is an IC position. I also answer emails sent to the QA department and keep track of new employees and give them feedback.

If QA work is slow, I transcribe at the regular rate for our accounts, 0.07 to 0.08 for straight, 0.04 for editing
