I just tried posting this, but it seems to have disappeared.
Background: Patient has a swollen lymph node and cold symptoms (which are getting better). He wants abx as he'll be traveling. Doc advised against it but wrote for them anyway. Also wrote for Diflucan in case of a resultant yeast infection. Discussed not using it due to "the possibility of nasal congestion as he may get barrel tunnel once he travels."
I've never heard of barrel tunnel and can't find anything online for it. What the heck is he saying???
