You are correct that QA is very demeaning and they are of that personality that they need to put others down so it elevates themselves. No need to have thicker skin. Our society needs more sensitivity and understanding. Think George Washington is needed to cut down their cherry tree here too. It is really rough, as are all the other services with keeping all the ESLs for the US MTs.
