companies and went to their sites. Even if they didn't say they were hiring I went to their contact information and just sent a resume to them and put what I was looking for. Took a lot of resumes, but it finally worked. You get a feel for the companies after awhile and can tell what's good and what's bad. I too have worked for all the "big" companies. Never again.
