When I was in graduate school I learned one thing. No matter what position you are in, whether president of a company or new to the business world, always be kind to the receptionist because one day she could be your boss. It's business ethics to care. They do owe you a thing. We are all human beings. To say something like this reflects a poor view of business ethics and why this business is going downhill for the MTSOs. YES. The MTSOs. Because greed will not win. The end of the story is the people who have the skill, those who are the legs which hold the table and chairs up, they are the ones who will win. So suck it up butter cup and MTSOs like this one and all the others. You someday will face your Karma. And guess who will be on the other side of the desk... It's a promise, not a threat. Be good to your workers and your applicants. Don't cheat, treat people like human beings just as you would like to be treated and you will succeed. Anything else, you WILL have to answer for someday in some manner. Ethics wins.
