A dollar a minute is a dollar a minute, so if they send you 60 minutes you get paid $60 whether it takes you 2 hours to complete or 8 hours to complete, that is what you get paid. Usually for MT work, it takes 1 hour to do 15 minutes of dictation so you would make about $15 an hour, but again just depends on the quality of your audio, the quality of your dictator, and basically how fast you can type. If it is bad audio, bad dictator, and you type slow and don't use expanders, you will make very little per hour, more than likely less than minimum wage.
