He's a surgeon doing a consultation. This is during the examination portion of the consult. He'll mention Apley's test, McMurray's test and then will say "there is no tenderness to gleesmont of the knee". These are usually car accident or workman's comp cases. No procedures or surgeries as of yet, these are examinations during a consultation.
