When they first announced the "exciting" changes to our pay, that term was used frequently "TRANSPARENCY," so they claim it is transparent. What I find highly more objectionable and what I would classify bordering on illegal, holding the MT's responsible for the dictator's errors and punishing them significantly monetarily if you don't "verify" every word they say, or fail to catch their mistake.
