I am having an email "argument" with tech right now. First, of course, they wanted me to call so they could "fix" my problem. I told them they cannot fix it, they need to just get rid of it.

Then they explained to me that it is a "built-in" feature. I told them I know that, but I want it to go away, because it is wasting my time and not necessary.
