Omg!!

Maybe what we need, and I am completely serious, is a US version of Fluency and an ILP version.

They MUST be doing all this to help the ILPs - the lab thing, DocuChek, now this. Am I wrong to think this?

But all it is doing is slowing us down and making our jobs harder!!
