when they rake us over the coals for failing an audit, let's use the "silence accelerator" excuse. "Why did you put in incorrect lab data?" Answer: Must have been the silence accelerator. "Why did you not put in that cc?" Answer: Must have been the silence accelerator. How could you have missed putting in that last medication?" Answer: Must have been the silence accelerator!
