Part-time here, too. I requested some days off around Christmas, first time I've asked off all year. I was told I had to make the time up and that because I'm part-time that shouldn't be a problem. Well guess what, I'm part-time because I want to be part-time plus I have another job. They seem to punish the part-time folks because we have "nothing else to do" when we're not working for them.
